Our weekend class training pool is located in Edgewater which is a short drive, about 20 minutes south of our dive center.
Open Water (eLearning w/ completion dives through Discover Diving Dive Center) - $350
To sign up for this class, call the dive center and pay for your deposit and we will e-mail your on-line code to start your class. Then come into the dive center to pick up your crew pack with all of the paperwork and necessary files you will need for class. With this course you'll complete all of you academics on-line before you come into the shop for a fitting of the gear you will be using for class. All gear rental is included with the acception of your own personal snorkeling gear of a mask, snorkel, boots and fins. Special discounts for students who buy their gear at our dive center will be given, just ask about our class discounts) You will be scheduled for your days needed to complete the water skills. Once this course is completed you will be an Open Water Diver with a limit of up to 60 feet/ 18 meters, with no need to be accompanied by a Divemaster or Instructor (unless you want one). Of couse, you will still need a buddy to dive with. Besides, it's easier, it's safer and more fun with a dive buddy!
Open Water (Group Class) - $290.00 **
With this course, you'll be in a classroom of up to 6 others finding out "the way the world learns to dive". With this four day course, you get to meet people, go places and do things. Your Master Scuba Diver Trainer will teach you some basic skills you will need to have, as well as the knowledge to become an independent diver. Once this course is completed you will be an Open Water Diver with a limit of up to 60 feet/18 meters, with no need to be accompanied by a Divemaster or Instructor (uless you still want one). Of course, you will still need a buddy to dive with. Besides, it's easier, it's safer and more fun with a dive buddy!
You will be required to watch the PADI Open Water DVD and complete five knowledge reviews prior to class. You may choose to purchase the crew pack from us ($110) and rent the DVD for $35 ($30 store credit upon return of the DVD) or complete the PADI e-Learning course online ($174 + $20 card processing fee). Each class will consist of two weekends in a row. On the first day, you will be meeting with your instructor to go over the completed five knowledge reviews, take quizzes and a final exam. (e-Learners will take a short quiz and get fitted for gear on this day) On the second day, your confined water sessions will take place at Aqua Park in the Summer and DeLeon Springs in the Winter. The following weekend you will be finishing any confined water sessions that may need to be completed and move onto your first two Open Water dives at Deleon springs as well. Finally, on the last day, you will complete Open Water dives 3 and 4 during the winter months at Blue Grotto, in Williston, FL (additional fees apply $40.00 per person) or during the summer months at Blue Springs (springs fees of $4 per person or $6 per car). Congratulations! You are now a certified PADI Open Water diver, certified to dive upto 60 feet.
Open Water (Semi-Private) - $500.00 **
With this class you have the benefit of being in class with friends and/or family, or other Semi-Private students, upto six people but at least 4 others. Learn and laugh together in a safe way, as you are taught by one of our Master Scuba Diver Trainers. We will work with the group on scheduling dates, that work for everyone, to complete your certifications. We have a fun and safe environment to make sure you all learn the precise way to scuba dive. With our semi-private/group classes, you won't be disappointed.
You will be required to complete five knowledge reviews prior to class. Purchase of a PADI Open Water crew pack will be necessary to do this ($110). Each class will consist of two weekends in a row. As well as rent the Open Water DVD for $35.00, upon return of the DVD on the first day of class, we will apply a $30 in-store credit on your purchases that first day of class only. Open Water (Private Class) - $600.00 **
We recognize this could be a class where you may want additional attention to your needs. Books are included in your fee. Your schedule does not give you much room to be able to complete your certification on our schedule and you need to make you own schedule. What if you don't have the freedom to take classes on weekends and can't get any friends to join class. As a private student, your schedule becomes our schedule. Maybe you just want a one on class for whatever reason. Our instructors will work with you on setting the four days that work best with you. Maybe weekends are impossible to be able to learn to dive. It is our job to keep you as comfortable and safe as possible while learning this amazing sport. If this is the way you want to learn, please give us a call and book your private class today.

Advanced Open Water - $350.00
For this certification, you must complete 5 adventure dives. There are two required dives, one is for Deep and one for Navigation. You can choose which three other dives you would like to do (additional fees apply). Read the section of the manual for each adventure dive, then we will dive once for each specialty. You will be going to West Palm Beach for an ocean dive (additional fees apply), unless you work out a differant schedule with your instructor. Should you choose to continue your adventure and become certified for any of those specialties, your first adventure dive will count towards that specialty certification.
Rescue Diver - $400.00 **
This certification requires you to hold your Advanced Open Water certification and be current with first aid and CPR. If you are not first aid or CPR trained, we can give you the course or recertification, prior to starting the rescue course. You will need to have your own equipment before you can start this course. It involves your personal equipment therefore we want you to be comfortable with where everything is located on your gear. What you will learn in this course is both demanding and rewarding. You will learn: self rescue, emergency management and equipment, rescuing both panicked and unresponsive divers. This course is not only challenging but really fun. Who knew trying to save your instructor or other dive buddies could be so much fun!
Divemaster - $535.00 **
Materials You Need: 2017 Divemaster Crewpack (You will need to purchase this separately $365.00) The pack includes: Divemaster Slates, PADI Divemaster Manual, PADI Instructor Manual with Emblem and CD-ROM with instructor outlines for Divemaster conducted programs and The Encyclopedia of Recreational Diving.
Prerequisites: You must be 18 years old, hold PADI Advanced Certification (or qualifying certification from another organization), PADI Rescue Diver (or qualifying certification from another organization), Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (or other qualifying first aid and CPR training from another organization) and the course must have been completed within the past 24 months, you must have at least 40 logged dives to begin the program after July 1, 2010 and have completed 60 dives by the end of the course and finally, you must be physically fit for diving and submit a Medical Statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months.
** Crewpacks (Books) and State Park Spring fees are not included in pricing. Choose to puchase books for class or complete the optional e-learning course to reduce class time. The $20 card processing fee is not included in this price. Non-refundable Deposits are required to secure your space in class. Should you decide to purchase the books for class, that deposit will be used for your crewpack (books for class). This covers the cost of the books and secures your space within the limited number of spaces in each class. For any courses you sign up for, you will have 1 year to complete the course. A refund will not be given for any classes not completed within 1 year. Once you sign-up for a course and you recieve books, there are no refunds.
